Multiplication Games

  • Weekly Reader Multiplication Station - This online math game is similar to Add Like Mad except it uses multiplication instead of addition skills. To play, multiply as many numbers as possible in the box full of numbers to render the sum located underneath the word “Number”. To locate this game from homepage, click the “Kids” icon, and the “Games and Puzzles” link in the left menu. This game requires Flash (free download).

Subtraction Games

  • Weekly Reader Subtraction Action - Another fun online game from Weekly Reader, brings subtraction skills to young players. Similar to Multiplication Station and Add Like Mad, this game only uses subtraction. Subtract as many numbers as possible to render the sum located underneath the word “Number” before time runs out. To locate this game from homepage, click the “Kids” icon, and the “Games and Puzzles” link in the left menu. Requires Flash.

  • Quiz-Tree Subtraction 50 - Listen and watch as Mr. Robot asks the subtraction problems. To play type in the correct answer with the onscreen calculator and click “Answer”.
Miscellaneous Math Games

  • Build A Bear Flash Cards- This fun flash card game is played online. All 4 types of math equations are offered. Select type of math problems to play, and type answer in box provided. To easily locate from home page, click “Games” and “Games” again.

  • Learning Planet Spacey Math - Special lasers are needed to keep Parabola, a space station, energized. Help the Captain of the space station re-energize the station before time runs out. To play, type in first name, and choose math skill of addition, subtraction, division or multiplication to play. Type in the answers to the equations and click “enter”. From the homepage, type “Spacey Math” in the search box to easily locate specific game. Shockwave required (free download).

  • Prongo’s Batter’s Up Baseball - Prongo’s Batter’s Up Baseball includes addition and multiplication and offers 3 levels of difficulty. This game is similar to real baseball. A correct answer moves batter one base, while a wrong answer equals a strike. To play, click the difficulty level and click the correct answer. No typing skills required. From homepage, click “Free Games” then “Batter’s Up Baseball” to begin. Requires Flash

  • Math Magician - This online game from the Oswego City School District of New York, includes addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. Answer 20 questions properly in one minute to win by typing the numbers in the box provided.

  • Novel Games Math Man - Pac Man lovers will love this game. The question mark holds the answer. Move Math Man around the grid and eat the ghost with the proper sum. Requires Flash (free download).
